What is your turnaround time?
Your proof will be emailed to the address provided in the order
within 2 business days after your order and photographs have
been received.
How long will it take to receive
my cards/invitations/others?
Publishing/Printing time varies. We usually ship in 3-5 days
excluding weekends after we receive your final approval. The
time you receive them will vary according to the shipping method
that you select. You may select next day, 2nd day or ground
(approximately four to five business days) shipping.
How many lines can I fit on an
invitation?
Our announcements allow different number of lines of text according
to the design. When you are considering a card, look at the
text used in that particular card. You can change the wording
but not the space allocated for text.
Can I change the font recommended?
We recommend fonts that go best with a particular card. However,
if you feel strongly that you would like a different font, if
it fits in the card, we will gladly use it. We would let you
know in advance before making the proof.
Can I see what my card/invitation/announcement
will look like
before it is printed?
Yes, we will email a proof of the card to the email address
supplied in your order. This proof will have to be accepted
by you before we start production of your cards. You can do
this by pressing “Reply” in your email and typing “Approved
by (your name).”
The proof is an exact image of the card with the text that will
be printed on your announcements so please check it carefully.
We are happy to make one change at no extra charge, but please
note that making changes will delay production as we will have
to send you another proof for approval before we can begin production.
Extra changes, after the first one, will be charged at a rate
of $10 each.
What should I look for in the
proof?
Please carefully review all ordering information: product number,
quantity, ink color, shipping address, wording, spelling, layout,
etc. Upon approval, announcement and/or invitations will be
printed exactly as shown. There is no return or refund on custom
printed items. While Quality Custom Announcements strives to
provide the highest quality of service, Quality Custom Announcements
is only responsible for the order as approved. Aesthetic issues
are solely at the discretion of Quality Custom Announcements.
Can I make changes after I send
you my approval?
Chances are very slim. Once we receive your final approval,
your order is scheduled for printing. Printing is scheduled
in the order they are received and typically printed the day
following receipt of final approval. We recommend that you
spend as much time needed reviewing the proof before you send
your final approval.
Do I have to pay by credit card?
Yes, at this time we are only accepting credit card payments
thru our Secure Online Ordering. Your order will not be processed
until credit card payment is approved.
Which credit cards are accepted?
QualityCustomAnnouncemets.com accepts American Express, MasterCard,
and Visa.
Is it safe to order online from
QualityCustomAnnouncements.com
using my credit card?
Absolutely. We take every precaution to ensure your transaction
is safe, encrypting your information and sending it over the
Internet using the latest SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
It is a security protocol that encrypts all of your connections
with a Web server. SSL thwarts eavesdroppers who could "sniff"
your Internet packets for sensitive information such as passwords
and credit card numbers. Furthermore, we have been rated #1
in safety by the Safe Shopping Network. You can check this by
going to www.safeshoppingnetwork.com.
Can I call you with my credit
card information rather than
submitting it online?
Yes. Fill out the online order form then call Customer Service
during business hours, 9:00 am to 6 pm EST to phone in your
credit card info, 1-877-444-9393. If calling after business
hours, leave a message and a customer service representative
will contact you as soon as possible so that we can proceed
with your order.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.
Should you need to cancel your order before we create a proof,
we will issue a full refund. If we have already created your
proof, we will refund all but $15. For obvious reasons we cannot
cancel an order after printing.
Can I receive a sample?
Yes, we will send you a free stock sample of the card, invitation,
or announcement you request from the www.qualitycustomannouncements.com
website and one that does not have an embellishment. Cards with
embellishments or from a designer have to be entered as a regular
order and are sent at a cost. Please e-mail us at samples@QualityCustomAnnouncements.com
or call us at 1-877-444-9393 with your request for the free
samples only. Please include the product code (found on the
left side of the card picture). Let us know if you have an event
deadline. We will do whatever is possible to accommodate your
deadline. We reserve the right to limit the number of
samples provided to any one customer.
If you want a sample from one of our partner websites, Carlson
Craft or Birchcraft, you must order within that website. Please
note that those samples are sent at a cost, they are not free
of charge.
Sample cards from
designers, as specified in the description of the card in our
website, must be placed as an order as they are not free of
charge.
What if I receive my order and
find that I missed a mistake?
Nobody likes a re-print but, they do occasionally occur. Be
sure to carefully check all dates, wording, spelling, punctuation,
layout, etc. to avoid costly reprints. If we make a mistake,
your order will be re-printed at our expense. If an error is
made out of our control, we will re-print at 25% off the original
charge.
If your cards had
embellishments, the charges for these will not be discounted.
Can I get my return address printed
on the envelopes?
To have your return address printed on your envelopes, select
“Print return address” in the return address box on the order
form and select the amount of envelopes you want a return address
on. There is an additional charge for this service. Your return
address will be printed on the back flap of the envelope.
How many envelopes come with in
the order?
The exact amount of envelopes are included with the order. However,
you may purchase additional plain white envelopes at $.15 each.

Can I get my envelopes sent to
me in advance?
Sure. We are glad to pre-ship your envelopes (within one business
day of receiving your order, two to three if imprinted) for
a $15 charge if with no address and $25 if with address up to
100 envelopes, $37.50 up to 150 envelopes and $50 up to 200

I don't like the verse shown on
a card. Is it possible to write
my own verse?
By all means. However, bear in mind that you must limit your
writing to the number of lines shown in the particular card
that you choose.
How much is shipping?
Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service, Federal Express,
AirBorne Express or U.S. Postal Service.

We regret the increase in shipping
costs but it reflects the increase by carriers to us due to high energy
costs.
Prices shown are
for the continental U.S.A. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are
only 2nd Day or Next Day air. You will receive a revised invoice
after you place your order reflecting the shipping charges.

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been printed, we can cancel it. Contact
us as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order before
we create a proof, we can issue a full refund. If we have already
created your proof, we will refund all but $15. If your order
has already been custom printed, we are unable to cancel it
because it is impossible for us to reuse the cards.
Do you charge sales tax?
As required by law, since we are a Florida corporation, a sales
tax of 6.0% is added to all orders shipped to Florida addresses
and a tax of 7.0% to all orders shipped to Miami-Dade addresses.
No tax is charged for orders going out of state.
Do the announcements require extra
postage?
Extra postage is only required on square cards. Consult your
local U.S. Post Office for the latest rate. As of June 30, 2004,
the rate for a square postage was $0.52.
What if I do not receive an order
confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly
after Quality Custom Announcements receives your order. If you
do not receive a confirmation of your order four hours after
placing your order, there may be a problem with your order.
